The bench runs on briefs, not improvisation

We are a communications workshop in Tanjong Pagar, on Gopeng Street at Icon @ Tanjong Pagar, serving marketing teams who need brand systems and campaign architecture they can run without the workshop in every meeting. Work enters as a track — T-01 through T-06 — with an assigned lead, a declared cadence and deliverables per stage. Positioning, narrative, channel roles and production schedules are documented so handover is clean. This site describes method and materials. Scope and commercial terms are agreed in writing when a track opens.

Brand systems built for handover

We treat a brand system as infrastructure: guidelines, asset library and editorial calendar wired together. Campaign architecture defines channel roles before production starts. The assigned lead keeps the production schedule visible. Review cadence is declared at intake — weekly, monthly or per gate — and held unless both sides agree a change in writing. Your in-house team receives documents they own, not slides that vanish after the track closes.

  • Positioning framework grounded in brief intake
  • Narrative arc tested before channel variants
  • Channel architecture with explicit sequencing
  • Editorial calendar matched to team capacity

Note 01

In-house teams stay in the loop

We design for handover from the first working session. Guidelines and calendars are built so your marketing team can run rollout across the region. The workshop supplements internal capacity — it does not replace ownership on your side.

Note 02

Cross-check before release

Every stage gate requires a named reviewer on your team. We do not publish to channels from the bench without sign-off. That discipline keeps the brand system stable when multiple markets adapt copy.

Common questions

A work track begins with brief intake: your team sends context on the company, audience and existing material. The assigned lead maps that input against the track you selected — T-01 through T-06 — and schedules a working session within the declared cadence. At the positioning stage, we draft a positioning framework and audience map for cross-check before release. The narrative stage produces a message hierarchy and narrative arc your in-house team can carry. Channel architecture follows: roles per channel, sequencing and a production schedule tied to review cadence. Each stage ends with a deliverable per stage — documents, not decks — and a review loop before the next gate opens. The brief runs the work; the bench does not rely on memory. Standing advisory on T-06 keeps the system wired to its track after handover.

Send whatever exists: brand guidelines, prior campaigns, site copy, research summaries and stakeholder notes. We work from material on the bench rather than blank screens. Name the audience, the market and which track the brief most resembles. The assigned lead replies with a proposed cadence and first working session date.

Brief intake is an email thread or call — never a form on this site. You write to [email protected] with context. We read, assign a lead and return a short note on scope shape and cadence. No figures are requested at intake. Scope is agreed in writing before production begins.
